Job summary

Solid Recruitment is seeking a Financial Analyst to oversee the financial performance of a real estate investment fund in an international context. Amsterdam-based, you will sit at the intersection of finance, legal, and asset management to understand how real estate value is created and sustained.

You will analyse financial performance, build and maintain financial models, prepare investor reports and support governance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in fund management or finance, ideally within real estate.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Law.
• Strong understanding of fund structures, financial reporting and compliance.
• Highly organised, analytical and structured.
• Fluent English; Dutch and/or German is a plus.
