Job summary

Solid Recruitment in Amsterdam is looking for a Junior Transaction & Valuation Analyst to support the Dutch real estate portfolio. You will help analyse and model potential acquisitions and dispositions, and assist in valuation, financing, and strategic management processes.

You will build financial models, maintain databases, and coordinate with external valuers and auditors. A finance/real estate degree and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills are desired, with English fluency and Dutch being a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• Internship or initial professional experience in real estate, transactions, valuations, or corporate finance is preferred.
• Experience preparing financial models and presentations is beneficial.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills and numerical analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and model potential property acquisitions and disposals.
• Prepare and maintain financial models and transaction presentations.
• Support the full valuation process with external valuers and auditors.
• Maintain the transaction pipeline and valuation databases.
• Assist in development projects, financing processes, and strategic management tasks.
• Support internal controls and ensure accuracy of information.
