Job summary

TNO is seeking a Business Developer Radar Technology to fuse client needs with the Netherlands' innovative radar capabilities, driving projects from concept to execution. You will engage national and international partners, lead initiatives, and contribute to Europe-wide strategic autonomy while coordinating with our Electromagnetics & Military Operations team in a defence context.

You bring a WO degree in tech, 5+ years in business development or consulting, and strong Dutch and English

Qualifications

University degree (WO) in a technical field or equivalent.
Interest in modern technology such as semiconductor or RF sensor technology.
At least five years of relevant work experience, e.g. as a consultant or business developer in the field.
Preference for candidates with a relevant network in defence and security domain.

Responsibilities

Develop radar technology solutions for national and international clients and industries.
Lead tender processes or partnerships with government and industry.
Turn client needs into concrete projects with economic and security impact for the Netherlands.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across TNO to realise ambitious objectives.
