It's a full‑time job at Super Micro in 's‑Hertogenbosch, working times from 7:30 – 16:00.

What will you do

Your Mission: Drive Excellence in Rack Integration. As our Rack Integration Engineer, you are the technical heartbeat of our production floor. You don't just follow the process; you master, improve, and lead it.

Your key responsibilities:

• Optimize & Maintain: Analyze production data to implement continuous improvement initiatives. You ensure all machinery is calibrated and maintained to minimize downtime.
• Analyze & Report: Maintain accurate records of performance and output, providing management with insightful daily and weekly reports.
• Resource Management: Keep production moving by monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and spare parts, preventing any disruptions.
• Collaborative Leadership: Support the manager in coordinating the team, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering a culture of environmental sustainability.
