Job summary

Newmark in Terneuzen, Netherlands, is seeking a Facility Coordinator / Gatekeeper R&D to support the Facility Manager in coordinating services for R&D buildings and installations at the Dow site. In this role you will solve small malfunctions, supervise contracted suppliers on-site, maintain TRIRIGA FMIS, and ensure safety and compliance, acting as the primary contact for stakeholders and suppliers.

Applicants should have VMBO education, a VCA for managers, and experience with building

Qualifications

• Experience in managing and maintaining building-related issues or malfunctions.
• Experience directing and managing suppliers.
• Exposure to industrial services, preferably at Dow Benelux.

Responsibilities

• Independently solving small simple malfunctions in R&D buildings and installations.
• Manage, coordinate and monitor contracted suppliers in daily assignments.
• Maintain and update the FMIS system TRIRIGA.
• Act as first contact for suppliers and R&D stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, health and well-being and complete safety training.
• Hand over work permits after training and carry out SWA.
• Participate in safety observations and inspections.
• Report progress to the Facility Manager.
