Job summary

A leading facility management company is seeking a Facility Coordinator to support R&D and the Building Manager at a site in Terneuzen, Netherlands. This role involves solving malfunctions related to electrical and IT installations, managing contracted suppliers, and ensuring safety and health compliance on-site. The ideal candidate should have a background in electrical engineering or IT, a VCA for managers certification, and experience in industrial services, especially at Dow Benelux. Fluency in both English and Dutch is essential.

Qualifications

• Education in electrical engineering or IT.
• VCA certification for managers is required.
• Experience in managing building electrical installations.
• Experience working in industrial services, ideally at Dow Benelux.

Responsibilities

• Solve small malfunctions in electrical and IT installations.
• Manage the coordination and monitoring of suppliers' daily work.
• Maintain and update the FMIS system TRIRIGA.
• Act as first contact for suppliers on-site.
