Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company is seeking an Associate Director of R&D EurAsia to lead innovation and product development across high-growth emerging markets. • 15+ years of progressive R&D leadership experience in food, beverage or FMCG.
• Deep expertise in food product and packaging development, portfolio management, consumer insights.

Responsibilities

• Define regional R&D strategy and Master Plan across innovation, renovation, nutrition and packaging.
• Lead cross-functional teams to translate growth strategies into product roadmaps and launches.
• Govern the regional pipeline, establish governance and resource trade-offs for high-value projects.
• Drive speed-to-market while maintaining food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead capabilities building, external partnerships and matrix leadership across markets.
