You will partner with Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and Controlling to deliver a consistent view of performance and support improvements. The role emphasizes data integrity, stakeholder communication, and the ongoing alignment of FP&A processes with a focus on automation using Power BI and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of FP&A or Supply Chain Finance experience.
• Economics/Business/Finance background.
• FMCG experience is a plus.
• English required; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Hands-on approach with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly forecast cycle for the EM Supply Chain Network ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate the Annual Operating Plan and budgeting with key stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity across systems and explain results to leadership.
• Conduct variance analyses and provide concise, actionable insights.
• Support FP&A process improvements and automation via Power BI and AI.
