Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam seeks an experienced Talent Manager to lead talent management, succession, mobility and pipeline frameworks across Emerging Markets. You will partner with senior stakeholders to translate global talent priorities into practical regional execution, ensuring leadership readiness and business continuity.

You will own regional talent review, governance, and the talent marketplace, driving data-driven insights, calibration, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Advanced English language skills are required.
Strong experience in talent management, succession, leadership pipeline, and talent review processes.
Experience operating across multiple markets in a matrix environment.
Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Strong analytical and reporting capability.
Strategic thinking with strong business orientation.
Strong governance and prioritization mindset.
Ability to translate global frameworks into practical regional solutions.
Influence without formal authority and strong judgment in talent discussions.

Responsibilities

Own the regional Talent Review & Succession framework and ensure governance across the zone.
Build and sustain a zone-wide talent marketplace and visibility of talent, skills, and mobility opportunities.
Drive governance, consistency, and evolution of succession and talent review practices across Emerging Markets.
Provide strategic reporting and executive insight on talent, succession, and mobility.
Translate global frameworks into regional execution and protect enterprise guardrails.
