Qblox is a deep-tech scaleup accelerating the race towards scalable quantum computers. We provide advanced quantum control stacks and open-source interfaces (qblox-scheduler, qblox-instruments) enabling experiments and algorithms in Python from circuits to Q1ASM.

• 10+ years of software engineering across multiple layers of the stack.

Responsibilities

• Define the control stack architecture: firmware, embedded software, compiler, and APIs for scaling to thousands of qubits.
• Enable product vision by translating user needs into architectural decisions with product teams.
• Set technical direction collaboratively to unify teams around a shared vision and transparent decisions.
• Plan for scale with solutions that support 10x growth without major re-architecture.
• Bridge hardware, firmware, software, product, and application teams to a shared technical vision.
• Propose standards focused on developer productivity and reduced friction.
• Provide guidance as a trusted mentor and technical advisor on complex architectural decisions.
• Closing the Feedback Loop by measuring real-world impact with customer-facing teams.
