Job summary

Mansource B.V. is seeking an experienced Profile Quantity Surveyor E&I to lead cost control for large industrial projects. You will manage materials, contracts, invoicing, procurement flows, and change orders related to E&I work packages.

You will collaborate with engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project activities are delivered safely, within budget, and according to scope.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience with E&I installations in industrial plants.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, variations, and cost control.
• Familiarity with Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bills of materials, cost breakdowns, invoices, and contractual documentation for E&I works.
• Manage change orders and negotiate cost impacts with contractors and clients.
• Monitor project progress, site execution, budgets, and planning updates.
• Coordinate subcontractors, tender packages, and technical documentation.
• Validate completed works and support timely payment processing.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and project controls teams to maintain accurate cost reporting.

Profile Quantity Surveyor E&I

Are you an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) professional with excellent cost control skills? Have you worked on E&I installations in busy industrial plants?

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor E&I to support large industrial projects by managing materials, contracts, invoicing, procurement flows, and change orders related to E&I work packages. You will work closely with engineering teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that project activities are delivered safely, within budget, and according to scope.

Requirements Quantity Surveyor E&I

• Diploma or degree in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
• 7-10+ years of experience with E&I installations in industrial plants (manufacturing, chemicals, refining, utilities, FMCG, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, variations, and cost control.
• Experience with brownfield upgrades, maintenance shutdowns, or CAPEX projects is preferred.
• Familiarity in Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing.
