Job description

I am currently searching for a Freelance E&I Quality Inspector for a client of mine working on a large‑scale industrial facility upgrade and expansion, involving new electrical installations, instrumentation systems, and integration with existing production infrastructure. The project includes the construction and commissioning of low, medium, and high‑voltage electrical systems, process instrumentation, control systems, and plant utilities.

The specific requirement is to join them on a freelance basis, for an initial 6 month period, with the view to extend.

• 10+ years of E&I inspection, QA/QC, or supervision experience on industrial construction or upgrade projects (food processing, manufacturing, chemical, energy, petrochemical, or similar sectors).
• Strong understanding of NEN standards for LV, MV, and HV electrical systems.
• Proven experience inspecting electrical panels, switchgear, transformers, cabling systems, protection devices, and process instrumentation.

This is an urgent requirement and ideally the right candidate will start within the next few weeks.
