Avonturia B2B seeks a Quality & Regulatory Officer to organize and professionalize our quality and regulatory processes. You will structure data, verify certificates, oversee product labeling, and coordinate TRACES COIs for organic imports, while maintaining supplier communications.

In this role you collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and product management, engaging with domestic and international suppliers to ensure compliance with EU and Dutch regulations and upcoming Deforestation rules.

Qualifications

• Accurate and structured work approach with strong attention to detail.
• Strong administrative and digital capabilities.
• Ability to structure large amounts of information clearly.
• Interest in delving into new regulations and translating them to practice.
• Ability to communicate with suppliers when information is missing.

Responsabilités

• Collect, verify, and manage product and supplier data.
• Request and manage certificates, declarations, and product specs.
• Verify compliance with European and Dutch laws and labeling rules.
• Support SKAL certification and organic product handling.
• Coordinate COIs in TRACES for organic import, and track import data.
• Prepare for EUDR compliance and monitor applicable articles and origins.
