As a Senior Quality Administrator (Europe), you’ll play a vital role in supporting our Product Integrity team by managing technical systems data and driving improvements in our quality management processes. From overseeing supplier performance and complaints data to coordinating product testing and recalls, you’ll help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update quality and technical data systems to support the Product Integrity team.
• Develop KPI reports and dashboards to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and administer product withdrawals and recalls.
• Oversee product testing results, reports, and in-market surveillance programmes.
• Lead horizon scanning to identify emerging risks and opportunities.
• Manage supplier documents, product specifications, and transformation data.
• Compile and analyse supplier performance data to inform reviews.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve quality issues and support new product launches.

Location

This is a hybrid role based in our Amsterdam offices.

Person Requirements

• Proven experience in supplier assurance or similar administrative role.
• Strong IT skills: Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups), PowerPoint, and Word; Power BI desirable.
• Passionate about product quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
