Job summary

Grovet BV is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to maintain a structured QA system aligned with EU medicine regulations and ensure consistent product quality. You will lead audits, train staff, and drive GDP compliance across our European operations.

Based at our Soesterberg facility, you will report to the CEO, mentor the QA team, and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to advance Grovet's quality initiatives and licence compliance.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in a QA/manager role in a relevant field.
Strong knowledge of GDP guidelines and EU regulations.
Fluent in Dutch and English; able to communicate across teams.

Responsibilities

Keep up to date with laws/regulations; ensure medicines comply with EU guidelines.
Prepare and conduct GDP audits; implement corrective actions as needed.
Monitor GDP compliance; deliver high-quality products to the market.
Provide training on GDP and regulatory requirements to staff.
Lead quality team development; collaborate with CEO and RP on QMS.
Be on-call for quality concerns outside normal hours on a rota.
