Job summary

Shell Rotterdam seeks a Quality & Logistics Optimizer (Blender) to ensure safe, efficient product delivery that meets quality standards. You will bridge trading, operations, and commercial decisions while gaining exposure to terminals, vessels, barges, trucks, and STS operations across Europe.

You will develop blending strategies, monitor product quality, and help optimize operations to meet customer and business needs in a fast-paced, international setting.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge of terminal operations, storage, logistics, and supply chain processes.
• Interest in trading operations, contracts, and commercial structures.
• Awareness of customs and regulatory requirements affecting supply chains.
