Job summary

Shell Rotterdam seeks a Quality & Logistics Optimizer (Blender) to ensure safe, efficient product delivery that meets quality standards. You will bridge trading, operations, and commercial decisions while gaining exposure to terminals, vessels, barges, trucks, and STS operations across Europe.

You will develop blending strategies, monitor product quality, and help optimize operations to meet customer and business needs in a fast-paced, international setting.

Working at the intersection of Trading and Operations, you will learn how blending, logistics, and commercial decisions come together to create value across the supply chain. You will support the development of blending strategies, monitor product quality, and help optimize operations to meet customer and business requirements.In this role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of logistics activities across terminals, vessels, barges, trucks, and ship-to-ship (STS) operations throughout Europe. You will work closely with experienced traders, operators, and industry experts to understand how operational decisions impact commercial performance, product quality, and supply reliability.
