Job summary

BenQ Europe B.V. is seeking a proactive Logistics Specialist to join its Europe-wide logistics operations in Eindhoven.

You will coordinate and optimize supply chain activities, ensure timely product delivery, and work with internal teams, suppliers, warehouses, and partners to maintain efficient processes. The ideal candidate has a HBO-bachelor’s in Logistics or related field and 3–4 years of experience in a similar role, with strong English and knowledge of ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (HBO) in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role.
• Experience in an international business environment.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or Mandarin a plus.
• Knowledge of European customs processes; Oracle/ERP systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Power BI or VBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect forecasts from the Business Line Management team and place purchase orders with Headquarters.
• Manage purchase order processing and coordinate shipments; monitor supplier delivery schedules and book shipments into warehouses.
• Collaborate with sales teams across Europe to plan and coordinate shipments.
• Identify root causes of delivery issues and implement effective solutions.
• Work with warehouses and carriers to ensure shipments depart on time and in correct quantities.
• Verify invoices from freight forwarders and monitor stock accuracy.
• Prepare and analyze regular reports on supplier KPIs, material availability, delivery performance, and cost variances.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives within logistics operations.
