Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in quality inspection or a similar operational role.
• Basic understanding of quality concepts and use of checklists and measurements.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Good communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and measurement checks on materials and finished products.
• Record inspection results in systems and keep documentation up to date.
• Identify non-conformities and support root cause analysis with the team.
• Work closely with production to prevent recurring quality issues.
• Support continuous improvement actions and follow up on corrective measures.
• Communicate risks and findings clearly to colleagues and supervisors.
