Nefab in Son, Netherlands, is seeking a Quality Inspector to join our on-site team. You will perform on-site product checks, document findings, and support improvements across production, logistics, and quality colleagues.
You will contribute to sustainable packaging excellence by ensuring products meet high standards, communicating clearly, and maintaining accurate records in a busy manufacturing environment.
We are looking for a Quality Inspector who loves details, enjoys solving problems, and wants their work to have a real impact on people and the planet. If you like the idea of helping make sustainable packaging better every day and being part of a global team, this could be a great fit for you. You will join our site in Son, Netherlands, and work closely with production, logistics, and quality colleagues.
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a key role in making sure our products meet our high standards and keep our customers happy. You will be the “quality guardian” on site, checking products, investigating issues, and helping teams improve processes. Your work will directly support our focus on innovation, environmental responsibility, and ethical business.
In this role, you will spend most of your time on the shop floor and in the warehouse, checking products, documenting findings, and supporting improvements. You will be involved from incoming materials to finished goods, making sure everything is produced and delivered according to specifications.
You enjoy working with clear standards, and you notice details that others might miss. You are curious, you like to ask questions, and you are not afraid to raise your hand when something does not look right. Experience in a production, logistics, or industrial environment will help you feel at home quickly.
You will join an international company with more than 75 years of experience in sustainable packaging and supply chain optimization. With around 5,000 colleagues worldwide, you’ll be part of a big community but you’ll still feel the simplicity and friendly atmosphere in your daily work. We keep things straightforward, empower people to take decisions, and treat each other with respect.
Our culture is all about customer‑first thinking, cooperation, and open communication. Diversity and inclusion are important to us, and we welcome different backgrounds and perspectives. You will have opportunities to grow your skills, learn from colleagues across teams and countries, and contribute to innovation and continuous improvement. And yes, we like to keep it human: approachable managers, supportive teammates, and a workplace where your ideas matter.
