The Quality Coordinator Automotive supports the Operations Department and the Sales Department by coordinating and following up all quality claims and issues reported to both departments. He or she acts as the first line of support in the Quality Department. By technical analysis in collaboration with the customer and supplier he or she coordinates the process of issue analysis, solution finding and communicating with all parties in order to close the claim quickly ensuring the satisfaction of all parties involved.
