Responsibilities

• Accept quality claims and register them according to standard automotive procedures.
• Keep all parties informed about steps and developments during claim handling.
• Maintain traceback methods to provide history and origin of product, supplier and facility information.
• Conduct first-line analysis to determine if claims can be closed without escalation.
• Provide technical analysis with suppliers to determine cost-effective solutions and communicate outcomes to customers.
