Job summary

Frencken Group operates from Eindhoven and Reuver, delivering high-precision components. As a Quality Assurance Engineer you safeguard quality with analytics, cross-site collaboration, and effective communication with customers and suppliers.

You will tackle root causes and drive improvements, influencing engineering, production, and management while aligning with CTQs and NPI trajectories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level, preferably technical
• Able to read technical drawings
• Strong communicator with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
• Good to have 3–5 years in a technical high-tech environment
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Glovia)
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 13485, 14001
• Lean Six Sigma (Orange/Green Belt)
• German language skills

Responsibilities

• Lead 8D root cause analyses and handle complaints and non-conformities
• Drive corrective and preventive actions using PPAP, Pareto, Fishbone, 5x Why, FMEA, A3
• Perform internal, external, customer, and certification audits (ISO 9001, 13485, 14001)
• Support NPI trajectories and ECNs, safeguarding CTQs and process handover
• Communicate actively with customers on quality topics, deviations, and improvements
• Coach internal teams and suppliers in quality thinking
• Act as sparring partner for engineering, production, management, and customers
