Frencken Mechatronics Europe is seeking a (Senior) Quality Assurance Engineer to act as the senior QA representative across projects, liaising with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to uphold high-quality standards.

You will lead 8-D root cause analyses, initiate corrective and preventive actions, conduct internal and external audits, and drive continuous improvement with tools like PPAP, Pareto, Fishbone, and FMEA.

Competenze

• Bachelor education in mechatronics, automotive, aerospace or medical.
• At least 7 years of related high-tech QA experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black belt is an advantage.
• Experience with quality planning, risk assessment, testing and validation.
• Read component drawings; knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001/13485/14001).
• Fluent in English.
• Extensive experience liaising with customers and suppliers.

Mansioni

• Act as senior QA representative for customers and suppliers.
• Handle quality complaints with 8D root cause analysis.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions using PPAP, 8D, Pareto, Fishbone, FMEA.
• Promote Zero Defects and First Time Right mindset within the org and supply chain.
• Perform internal and external audits and follow up audit findings.
• Participate in regular customer team meetings.
