Job summary

Frencken Machining B.V. (Reuver) is seeking a quality-focused professional to lead 8D root cause analyses and drive corrective actions within our high-precision production environment. You will act as a primary contact for quality topics between engineering and production teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree, has experience in high-tech settings, and is fluent in English. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth and valuable team activities.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Good to have 3–5 years in a technical high‑tech environment.
• Working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead 8D root cause analyses and handle complaints.
• Drive corrective actions using practical methodologies.
• Perform audits to maintain quality standards.
