Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics Europe develops and assembles high-precision industrial systems for the semiconductor and health-care markets, with both cleanroom and non-cleanroom environments. The Senior Quality Assurance Engineer serves as the senior QA representative, driving quality across customer relations, suppliers, and internal operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree required.
• 7+ years of related high-tech QA experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Green/Black belt is a plus.
• Experience in quality assurance activities from planning to validation for new products.
• Ability to read component and assembly drawings.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001/13485/14001 and related standards.
• Strong communication skills and proactive customer/supplier engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior QA representative, liaising with customers on quality matters.
• Lead 8-D root cause analyses for complaints and reports.
• Coordinate corrective and preventive actions (PPAP, 8D, Pareto, Fishbone, FMEA).
• Promote a First Time Right, Zero Defects mindset across the organization.
• Perform internal and external audits and follow up on findings.
• Participate in regular customer team meetings.
