Job summary

You will assist internal audits, collect and analyze quality data, and contribute to continuous improvement with cross-functional teams in a global environment. You will report to the Sr.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and oral).
• Preferably some experience (e.g., internship or 0–2 years) in a quality-minded or operational environment.
• Willingness to learn ISO standards and Quality Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Support internal audits through coordination, preparation, reporting and participating as an internal auditor.
• Support and maintain Quality management tools (eQMS).
• Help collect, analyze, and prepare data on quality performance (KPIs, assessments, complaints, audit follow-up).
• Provide general support to employees and management regarding quality guidelines and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining and improving Quality procedures and processes.
• Support GAP analyses regarding ISO standards and follow up on improvement actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Help create more quality awareness in the organization and provide campus-wide support where needed.
