Job summary

KLG Europe, a global logistics provider, seeks a Quality Specialist for the Waalwijk site to maintain a high and consistent quality standard. You will work with the quality team to analyze incidents, perform root cause analyses, and implement improvements using tools like 5 Whys and Fishbone analysis.

You will maintain ISO 9001:2015, support audits, and collaborate with the customer team to meet expectations while prioritizing a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience with quality management systems (ISO 9001:2015 is an advantage).
• Preferably several years in a similar role.
• English communication skills (written and spoken) and good MS Office proficiency.
• Structured, accurate, and well-organized work style.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the ISO 9001 quality management system.
• Work closely with the Quality Shift Leaders; advise and support the Quality Warehouse Team.
• Conduct root cause analyses and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Assess deviations such as damages and ensure proper resolution.
• Contribute to designing, documenting, and improving processes and procedures.
• Prepare for and support internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with the customer team to ensure customer expectations are met.
• Foster a safe working environment for all employees.
