Job summary

Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner helping brands design, build and deliver innovative products worldwide. The Sr.Transport Coordinator role focuses on international transport logistics, carrier management, and continuous improvement across 4PL/3PL networks.

Qualifications

Bachelor/Master's degree in related field such as Supply Chain Management, Transport, Logistics.
5–10 years work experience in logistics and transport management.
Experience with carrier management and transportation performance monitoring.
Good knowledge of Transport Management Systems.
Solid knowledge of carriers analysing and sourcing.
Experience with contract negotiations with carriers and/or other logistics providers.
Good command of English and Dutch language

Responsibilities

Coordinate and monitor daily transportation operations.
Manage carrier performance and service quality with KPIs.
Escalate operational concerns and drive corrective actions with transport partners.
Build and maintain relationships with carriers and logistics partners.
Perform costs and benchmark analyses.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
