Job summary
Van Oord is offering an internship for a QHSE Systems Intern based in Rotterdam. You will join the team maintaining Van Oord's Management System (VOMS) and work on process modelling, documentation and digital transformation initiatives.
You’ll gain hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate, collaborating with process owners and subject matter experts to deliver clear, up-to-date processes across the organisation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Business Administration, Process Management, Information Management or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Support the modelling, documentation and optimisation of VOMS processes.
- Collaborate with process owners to update process descriptions and workflows.
- Translate complex activities into clear process models.
- Analyse process data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and apps using Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Contribute to usability and effectiveness initiatives of VOMS.
- Explore applying AI and emerging technologies to process management.
