Job summary

Collaboration spans Planning, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Installation, Integration and Finance. The role emphasizes analytical thinking, stakeholder interviews and hands-on deployment of standardization across tools.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Dutch Education System and resident of The Netherlands.
• Bachelor or Master level in Business IT, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• Dutch and English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Map current processes, tools, templates and reports used by Project Managers.
• Identify duplicate, manual and low-value activities.
• Interview Project Managers and key stakeholders across departments.
• Create a clear overview of the current tool and process landscape.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI and process simplification.
• Develop practical recommendations, quick wins and input for the ERP roadmap towards 2030.
