Van Oord in Rotterdam is seeking an Incident Analyst within the QHSE team to review incidents, observations and unsafe conditions, support investigations and drive corrective actions. You will help translate data into actionable safety improvements and share lessons learned across projects.
You will maintain dashboards and KPI reports, analyze trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to reduce risks and enhance operational excellence.
As Incident Analyst within QHSE, you help Van Oord continuously improve its safety performance. You review and analyze incidents, observations, unsafe conditions and unsafe acts across the organization. You support investigations and help teams identify root causes and effective corrective actions. You also make sure valuable lessons are captured and shared. By combining safety knowledge with data, you provide insights that support operational excellence, compliance and risk reduction. Your work gives teams the information they need to improve.
