    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reduce risks, and reinforce consistent safety standards.
    • Influence stakeholders across a matrix organization to embed QHSE principles into everyday operations and decision-making.
  • Risk Management and Regulatory Compliance
    • Lead regional risk management activities, incident investigations, audits, assurance programs, and corrective action plans.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations across the region.
    • Monitor QHSE performance, identify emerging risks, and implement preventive measures to minimize incidents and operational disruptions.

    • Build trusted relationships with regional leaders, operational teams, customers, and other stakeholders to drive engagement and continuous improvement.
Requirements

  • Strong understanding of regional health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance requirements, with the ability to translate regulations into practical operational measures.
  • Knowledge of relevant management systems and standards, particularly ISO 14001 for environmental management and ISO 45001 for occupational health and safety.
  • Familiarity with sustainability frameworks, environmental performance reporting, and greenhouse gas emissions measurement, including Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions.
  • A degree in a relevant discipline, such as occupational health and safety, environmental management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, including experience using HSE management systems, business intelligence tools, and performance metrics to support decision-making.
