Qualifications
- Proven experience leading QHSE in multi-site settings across industrial/engineering contexts.
- Strong knowledge of regional health, safety, environmental and quality regulations.
- Experience with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 frameworks and audits.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive regional QHSE strategy across Northern Europe aligned with business priorities.
- Lead risk and incident investigations, audits, and corrective actions.
- Oversee environmental sustainability, including Scope 1/2 emissions measurement and reduction.
- Provide QHSE guidance for major projects, tenders, and operations; support business continuity.
