Job summary

Offshore Wind Logistics B.V. seeks a proactive QHSE Manager to build and embed our QHSE framework from the ground up. You will shape systems, processes, and day-to-day behavior in collaboration with shipyards, vessel managers, and clients.

During vessel construction and deployment, you will drive the QHSE framework, aligning documentation and procedures for a safe startup. Post-operations, you’ll professionalize QHSE across projects and strengthen safety culture.

Qualifications

• Senior QHSE experience, preferably within maritime/offshore or technical environments.
• Ability to develop practical, effective QHSE systems.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and taking ownership.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously improve the QHSE management system.
• Take end responsibility for QHSE within offshore projects (on board and onshore).
• Act as sparring partner for ship management and clients.
• Challenge external parties on quality and safety standards.
• Translate policies into practical procedures and work instructions.
• Coordinate audits and certification processes.
• Own the COS management system; develop ISO certificates further.
