The role requires at least 3 years of managerial experience in an offshore setting, along with certifications in HSE management. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in offshore engineering.
• Experience with marine or heavy fabrication projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with Dutch HSE legislation is essential.

Responsibilities

• Control the design and delivery of offshore projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards in project execution.
• Support and design HSE management systems for offshore projects.

Skills

3+ years in a managerial role

Experience with offshore EPC/EPCI companies

Working knowledge of Dutch HSE legislation

Strong design and project support skills

Auditor and offshore certifications

Education

MVK certification (ideally HVK)

ISO 14001, 45001 or ISO9001
