Job summary

Salter Grange seeks an experienced QA Campus Manager to lead quality assurance across a major data centre campus. You will work closely with project leadership, contractors and client to implement quality strategies and drive improvements.

The role requires proven senior QA leadership on large-scale projects, with strong experience in data centres or comparable mission-critical environments. You will oversee audits, NCRs and handover documentation while mentoring the site QA team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading QA on large-scale projects or campuses.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ITPs, inspections and testing.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Assurance strategy across the data centre campus.
• Manage and develop the site Quality team.
• Implement and maintain Project Quality Plans, ITPs and inspection programmes.
• Ensure compliance with client, contractual and project quality requirements.
• Oversee inspections, audits, NCRs, defects and corrective actions.
• Monitor subcontractor quality performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate client inspections, testing and quality documentation.
• Track quality KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior leadership.
• Work closely with Project Directors, Construction Managers, Engineering and Commissioning teams.
• Ensure quality records and documentation are completed through to final handover.

This is a senior opportunity to lead Quality Assurance across a large-scale data centre campus, working closely with the project leadership team, contractors, subcontractors and client.

• Lead the Quality Assurance strategy across the data centre campus.
• Manage and develop the site Quality team.
• Implement and maintain Project Quality Plans, ITPs and inspection programmes.

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems, ITPs, inspections and testing.
• Experience managing contractors, subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong experience with audits, NCRs, corrective actions and handover documentation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure project environment.
