Job summary

LJB & Co is seeking a QAQC Supervisor for a Data Centre project in Finland. The role focuses on managing quality across roofing and facade packages, ensuring compliance with project standards and methods.

You will coordinate inspections, maintain rigorous QA documentation, and drive the timely closure of defects with the installation teams. The position requires a degree and extensive experience in large-scale construction.

Qualifications

• Must hold a relevant degree or equivalent trades background.
• EU Passport or right-to-work in Finland.
• 5+ years in a similar role on large construction projects (roofs/cladding/external packages).

Responsibilities

• Quality documentation and control for roofing and façade packages with traceability.
• Coordinate site inspections across cladding, roofing, waterproofing, and facades.
• Interface with subcontractors and site teams to ensure quality compliance.
• Track defects, manage NCRs and drive timely close-out.
• Prepare QA handover documentation and ensure sign-offs meet client expectations.

QAQC Supervisor – Data Centre - Finland

We are currently partnering with a leading Roofing and Cladding Package Contractor who have seen continuous success in the Pharmaceutical and Data Centre sectors across Europe. Due to continuous growth, they are seeking an experienced QAQC Supervisor to look after the Facades and Roofing packages on a Data Centre construction project in Finland.

Responsibilities

• Quality Documentation & Control Manage and maintain all QA/QC documentation for roofing and façade packages, including inspection records, checklists, ITPs, and handover dossiers, ensuring full traceability and alignment with project quality standards.
• Inspection Coordination & Support Support and coordinate site inspections across cladding, roofing, waterproofing, and facade systems, ensuring works are inspected at key stages and signed off in line with specifications and approved methods.
• Subcontractor & Site Interface Work closely with site teams and installation crews to ensure quality requirements are understood and met, supporting supervision of works and reinforcing standards across building envelope installations.
• Defect Tracking & Close-Out Manage snagging, NCRs, and defect logs, driving timely close-out of issues and ensuring all quality concerns are resolved prior to handover.
• Handover & Quality Assurance Prepare and coordinate QA handover documentation, ensuring all certification, records, and sign-offs are completed to meet client expectations on high-spec data centre projects.

Requirements

• Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
• Must have EU Passport or RTW in Finland
• Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects preferably with a focus on roofing, cladding and/or external packages
