Position: Mechanical Campus Quality Manager

Location: Groningen, The Netherlands

Job Description

• Academic and/or trades qualifications in mechanical discipline
• 10 years Mechanical QA/QC experience in Industrial-type projects with minimum 5 years' experience in a lead role
• Excellent communication skills and presentation is essential
• Ability to present specification requirements to the project team(s) and demonstrate compliance is essential
• Industrial and process project experience preferable
• Knowledge and experience of piping and HVAC systems required
• Role will comprise of coordinating QA/QC walk downs related to quality control of completed systems and commissioning tagging walks, confirm all inspection and documentation associated with Equipment; HVAC ducting systems; Plumbing & drainage systems; Coordination of preparation of test packs; witnessing of pressure testing; Weekly reporting on QA/QC performance; troubleshooting; managing walk down schedules.
• The candidate will be required to work closely with the Project Manager and construction team to ensure quality standards are achieved with minimal snags.
