Job summary

Haleon is seeking a Sales System & Promotions Coordinator to manage annual trade terms and promotions in TSM. You will work with Key Account Managers to translate terms into TSM configuration, ensure audit-ready processes, and support forecasts with Finance and Supply Chain.

The role requires a HBO level education, FMCG/promotions experience, and strong Excel skills. A hybrid in-office policy applies, with detailed salary bands provided during recruitment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience with trade terms, promotions, pricing in FMCG/retail.
• Hands-on pricing system experience and high-volume setup.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage annual trade terms and promotions in TSM.
• Maintain rebates, pricing conditions, and necessary documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance, Supply Chain and Customer Service for forecasts and billing.
