About the Role
As a Billing Solution Specialist (TMS Billing Expert), you will play a key role in optimizing and managing billing processes within Transport, Warehouse, and Forwarding operations across Europe and the CIS region. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring that billing solutions are efficient, standardized, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage system configurations, upgrades, and integrations of billing modules across European and CIS operations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable billing system solutions.
- Lead or support billing enhancement and automation projects.
- Diagnose and resolve TMS, FIS, and WMS billing and invoicing issues.
- Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring alignment between operational and financial objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, analysts, SSC, stakeholders) for successful solution implementation.
- Provide data-driven insights on cost efficiency, profitability, and investment opportunities.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with company standards.
- Conduct team meetings, manage stakeholders, and deliver accurate project progress reports.
- Work according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain compliance and consistency.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or Finance).
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Hands‑on experience with ERP systems and TMS (Transport Management Systems).
- Background in Finance, Controlling, or Supply Chain is an advantage.
- Fluent in English (Dutch or Korean is a plus).
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Proven leadership qualities and ability to work independently.
