Job summary

Rotterdam Engineering BV is seeking a Project Support Officer to help manage project schedules, budgets, and proposals while coordinating with clients and suppliers. You will draft reports, assist in meetings, and gradually take on more responsibility within diverse infrastructure projects in energy-related disciplines.

You will develop across multiple projects with personalized guidance and opportunities to participate in internal and external courses, while contributing to process improvements

Responsibilities

• Support in meetings with clients and stakeholders and assist in drafting project documents.
• Track schedules, budgets, and proposals; draft detailed reports and presentations.
• Coordinate activities, monitor deadlines, and maintain project documentation and invoicing.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve project management methods and processes.
