As a Project Support Officer, you will play a vital role within our team, quickly learning about the subject matter, processes, and interests related to our projects.
This support includes:
Assisting in meetings with clients and stakeholders
Creating schedules, budgets, and proposals
You will gradually take on more freedom and responsibility.
You form an important link in the realization of the project and, in particular, its management. You bear responsibility for various facets within projects, where your contribution is crucial for a streamlined process.
You support project managers with the full spectrum of planning, organizing, executing, and reporting in projects. This involves drafting detailed reports and documentation such as project plans, status reports, and presentations.
An important aspect of your role is coordinating project activities and facilitating effective communication between project managers, clients, and suppliers. You closely monitor deadlines and project progress, and ensure the orderly management of project documentation, contracts, and invoicing.
Additionally, you play a role in identifying risks and opportunities within projects, contributing to potential improvements and optimizations. You are an essential link in the pursuit of continuous improvement of project management methods and processes, and you contribute to refining the approach for future projects. Furthermore, you provide valuable administrative support to the entire project team, ensuring projects run smoothly and set goals are achieved.

You have a technical HBO or WO degree, such as Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Aerospace Engineering.
You possess strong organizational skills and are communicatively adept.
You can analyze situations effectively.
You have a strong sense of your stakeholders' interests. You are flexible and curious.
You have an affinity for projects relating to technology, and finance.
You work well both independently as well as collaboratively in a team. You are available for at least 32 hours per week.
