Job summary

Neste in Rotterdam seeks a Project Purchaser to join the Project Procurement, Purchasing & Expediting team. You will focus on local procurement of services, equipment and materials and work closely with project teams, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely, cost-aware purchasing decisions.

The role is based at Maasvlakte Rotterdam, a strategic site for Neste's global projects. Responsibilities include preparing RFQs, negotiating, issuing purchase orders, contract follow-up,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or supply chain management.
• Preferably minimum 2 years of procurement experience.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and send RFQs, negotiate, and place purchase orders.
• Prepare and follow up contracts and participate in supplier evaluations.
• Take overall responsibility for purchases through the end-to-end process.
