Uneek Global Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee mechanical and electrical construction projects across the Netherlands, taking ownership from start-up to completion. Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as Project Manager in M&E construction.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects end-to-end.
• Experience delivering LV, MV, HV electrical and/or mechanical piping/HVAC.
• Strong budget monitoring and cost control skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, regulations and delivery processes.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
• Ability to coordinate site teams and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from mobilisation to final client handover.
• Develop and manage programmes, procurement plans, construction schedules and cash flow.
• Coordinate Site Supervisors, Site Engineers and subcontractors.
• Oversee electrical installations (LV, MV, HV) and HVAC works.
• Monitor progress, budgets and commercial performance.
• Ensure materials and deliverables align with project requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, design teams and directors.
• Chair progress meetings and coordinate subcontractor activities.
• Ensure compliance with specs, programmes, quality plans and health & safety.
• Oversee testing, commissioning and handover activities.
• Manage close-out, final accounts, O&M manuals and client sign-off.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement and client relationships throughout lifecycle.

An established international engineering and construction organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee mechanical and electrical construction projects across in the Netherlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced M&E Project Manager to take ownership of projects from initial start-up through to completion, managing programme, budgets, procurement, subcontractors and overall project delivery.

You will be responsible for leading site teams, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered safely, to the required quality standards, within programme and in line with commercial objectives.

The role will suit a commercially aware Project Manager with a strong M&E background, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects throughout the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from initial handover and mobilisation through to completion and final client handover
• Develop and manage project programmes, procurement plans, construction schedules, cash flow forecasts and resource plans
• Manage and coordinate Site Supervisors, Site Engineers, subcontractors and other project personnel
• Oversee electrical installations, including LV, MV and HV, and mechanical piping/HVAC works
• Monitor project progress, productivity, budgets, costs and commercial performance
• Ensure materials, engineering deliverables and subcontractor resources are aligned with project requirements
• Maintain regular communication with clients, design teams, Regional Directors and Project Directors
• Chair project progress meetings and coordinate subcontractor activities
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, construction programmes, quality plans and health and safety requirements
• Oversee testing, commissioning, documentation and final handover activities
• Manage project close-out, final accounts, O&M manuals, record drawings and client sign-off
• Identify project risks, resolve delivery issues and implement corrective actions where required
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain strong working relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in a Project Manager role within the M&E construction industry
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects through the full project lifecycle
• Experience delivering electrical (LV, MV and HV) and/or mechanical piping/HVAC projects
• Strong commercial awareness, including budget monitoring, cost control and project financial management
• Good knowledge of construction methods, building regulations and project delivery processes
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Ability to coordinate site teams, subcontractors and multiple project stakeholders effectively
