WTS Energy in the Netherlands seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex maritime projects from planning to completion. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams across electrical engineering, automation, and production, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget and scope.

The role requires strong leadership, English communication, and experience with IPMA/PMI methodologies. Dutch language is a plus, and a competitive package with development opportunities is offered.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in project management within shipbuilding.
• Experience leading Electrical Engineering or Automation projects or multidisciplinary projects with strong electrical exposure.
• HBO-level education in Electrical Engineering or Automation.
• Knowledge of IPMA or PMI methodologies (Level C or D).
• Strong English communication; Dutch language would be a plus.

Do you enjoy leading complex projects in the maritime sector? From the conversion of workboats to the construction of superyachts and navy vessels, you’ll take ownership of project delivery from planning to completion.

What do you bring?

• Experience leading electrical Engineering projects, Automation or similar or experience leading multidisciplinary projects, with significant Electrical Engineering/Automation exposure.
• An HBO-level education or equivalent, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Automation.
• Knowledge of IPMA or PMI methodologies (Level C or D).
• Strong communication skills in English. Dutch language would be a plus.
• A proactive, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
