Job summary

WTS Energy in the Netherlands seeks an Electrical Production Supervisor (Projects Supervisor) to coordinate electricians and subcontractors on maritime projects, ensuring safe, efficient electrical installations of the highest quality.

You will plan, monitor progress, lead teams, and collaborate with project managers, engineers, commissioning specialists, clients, and suppliers to keep projects on track within budgeted hours.

Qualifications

• MBO-4 qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proven experience in electrical engineering or automation projects, ideally in a technical integration environment.
• Maritime experience as Lead Electrician, Chief Electrician, or similar supervisory role.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.
• Good communication in English; Dutch would be a plus but not essential.
• Strong focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
