WTS Energy in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead and develop a team of engineers across multiple locations, shaping capability and performance in high-end yacht electrical installations and offshore projects.

You will drive capacity planning, conduct regular performance reviews, and handle HR responsibilities while collaborating with project managers and other engineering leaders to raise standards and streamline ways of working.

Qualifikationen

• HBO-level degree or equivalent.
• Several years of experience as a Team Leader or Engineering Manager in the Netherlands.
• Proven people management experience in a technical environment.
• Familiarity with Dutch HR legislation and procedures, including sickness absence management and the Wet verbetering poortwachter.
• Experience conducting performance reviews, managing employee development.
• Strong communication, coaching, and decision-making skills.
