Job summary

PERI GmbH Formwork Scaffolding Engineering in the Netherlands seeks a Project Manager High-Rise & Infrastructure to lead major construction projects from planning to handover, coordinating with Engineering, Customer Service, Assembly, Operations and Finance to ensure safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery.

You will be the main contact for customers, suppliers and stakeholders, monitor timelines and budgets, drive continuous improvement, and uphold PERI’s professional, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical, engineering, or commercial discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
• Proven project management and coordination skills in complex environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in Dutch and good command of English; German/French an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple high-rise and infrastructure projects from planning to handover.

• Manage multiple high-rise and infrastructure projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to completion and handover.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments including Engineering, Customer Service, Assembly, Operations, and Finance to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and project stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships throughout each project.
• Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, and quality standards, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Drive continuous improvement by optimizing project processes and ensuring the efficient use of resources.
