Job summary

PERI is seeking a Project Manager High-Rise & Infrastructure to lead major Netherlands projects from planning through handover. You will act as the central point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Customer Service, Assembly, Operations, and Finance to drive project success and optimize resources.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering or commercial discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
Proven project management and coordination skills in complex environments.
Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
Fluent in Dutch and good English skills.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple high-rise and infrastructure projects from planning to completion and handover.
Coordinate with Engineering, Customer Service, Assembly, Operations, and Finance for seamless delivery.
Serve as the primary contact for customers, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Monitor performance, timelines, budgets, and quality, resolving issues proactively.
Drive continuous improvement and optimize project processes and resources.
